Before Getting Started
You will need:
- A Quiet work Space
- A computer (Must Meet Arise System Requirements, Windows 8 currently not supported)
- VOIP Headphones with Microphone (For Certification Class)
- A Call center phone with Headsets (Plantronics T10 is a great one)
- A plain VOIP line dedicated ONLY for work. (Some clients require you to have a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line instead.
Next Steps
- To get started, please go to www.AriseWorkFromHome.com and complete the Admission Process (Click on Register as an Agent - Top of screen on site).
- Complete an employment application
- Complete IRS form W-9
- You will be required to complete and pass a Criminal Background Check and a Voice Assessment. (voice assessment must be taken from a land line) The Background check is $12.95, and this fee is paid directly to US Information Search.
- Complete CSP101 which teaches you the inner workings of Arise and other things you will need to know regarding how to operate once you begin servicing. For example scheduling hours, servicing, attending online classes, and how to choose a client.
- Client Certification Training: There is a charge for all client certification training. Each agent is responsible for this fee, which is paid directly to Arise. Clique, Inc. does not receive any portion of this training fee. Certification courses are 15-20 days long and are typically scheduled Monday – Friday, several hours a day (No weekend or holiday training). These classes are held online in a virtual classroom. The classes are scheduled at the same time each day, and no absences are allowed. Please: Note each client is different, read the details before making your selection.
